Job Description

The Runner-Busser is responsible for transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to meet business and customer needs. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product
2. Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
3. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
4. Assists servers, bartenders, etc., with customer service as needed
5. Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc., and is adaptable to customer needs
6. Adheres to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
7. Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Requires constant standing and walking

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
