Sally's Apizza is hiring a Food Runner/Busser to deliver an outstanding dining experience by ensuring prompt service and clean, organized dining areas. You will follow Sally’s Steps of Service, assist with table setup, and support the front of house to keep service smooth.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to stand for long periods, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, tip credit included, and weekly payroll are offered.

Qualifications

• English language required; basic Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Prior running/bussing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service at all times by following Sally’s Steps of Service and coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Pull and arrange tables and chairs as needed, clear and reset tables, and ensure timely delivery of food.
• Maintain attention to the flow of traffic in dining areas and perform opening/closing duties.
• Support FOH in other duties as needed and comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Strive to nurture an excellent guest experience and complete side work promptly.

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Food Runner/Busser, (Floor Support) you will provide an amazing dining experience for our guests by delivering food in a prompt and professional manner.

As the Floor Support as a runner/busser you will ….

• Provide exceptional service at all times by following Sally’s Steps of Service:
  • Pull and arrange tables and chairs for guests as needed.
  • Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset throughout service.
  • Ensure plated food and pies leave the kitchen quickly.
  • Carefully match food items to the correct orders.
  • Greet each table and serve, using the correct seat positions on the ticket.
• Maintain attention to the flow of traffic in all dining areas.
• Perform ongoing cleaning of workstations.
• Perform opening/closing duties.
• Perform restroom checks throughout service.
• Support FOH in other duties as needed.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Complete any and all side work assigned in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

ROLE COMPETENCIES

Language

• English
• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Strong customer service skills
• Prior Running/ Bussing experience is a plus
