Job Description

The Runner-Busser is responsible for transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to meet business and customer needs. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Stock and maintain appropriate levels of product.
2. Deliver products and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
4. Assist servers, bartenders, and other staff with customer service as needed.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
6. Follow Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
7. Ensure the security of company assets.
8. Develop new skills and perform job duties to positively impact employees and customers. Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks quickly.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand and walk constantly.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
