Job Description

The Runner-Busser is responsible for transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to meet business and customer needs. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Stock and maintain appropriate levels of product.
2. Deliver products and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity.
3. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
4. Assist servers, bartenders, etc., with customer service as needed.
5. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
6. Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation.
7. Ensure security of company assets.

Qualifications

1. Previous food service experience preferred.
2. Excellent customer service skills; ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly.
3. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
4. Constant standing and walking required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
