Position Details

• Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (with potential off-season opportunities)
• Operating Season: Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Schedule: 3-4-4-3 rotation (10:00 AM - 6:30/7:00 PM) with Wednesdays off
• Locations: Summer at Crystal Reservoir, Winter in Colorado Springs, Denver & Pueblo

Job Description

Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and guest service at the Blacksmith Catering BBQ Trailer located at Crystal Reservoir. Responsibilities include keeping dining areas tidy, restocking supplies, delivering food, supporting setup and breakdown, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. This entry-level role is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts eager to contribute to a lively team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, reliable transportation to the site
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $17.74. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more, subject to eligibility and location.
