Job summary

Valinor Dispatch is developing ruggedized, field-deployable UxS charging infrastructure for defense applications. We're seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the build team, assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing sub-assemblies and finished charging nodes bound for the field.

This is hands-on, hardware-in-your-hands work with real operators. You will work with engineers, follow safety protocols, take precise measurements, run end-of-line tests, and help keep production traceability

Qualifications

• 0-2 years hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read drawings or wiring diagrams and improve accuracy.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build contact-pin charging hardware, docking mechanisms, and sub-assemblies by hand.
• Take dimensional and electrical measurements with precision tooling.
• Run end-of-line testing and catch defects before shipment.
• Maintain production traceability and document gaps immediately.
• Follow safety protocols without exception.
• Collaborate with engineers and learn the product quickly.
