SERVPRO Team Wilson is seeking a Rug & Upholstery Cleaning Technician to perform professional cleaning on rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture. You will ensure quality work on job sites, deliver exceptional customer service, and follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work hands-on in homes and businesses with growth potential into lead tech roles.

Qualifications

• Reliable, strong work ethic and attention to detail required.
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
• Experience in carpet/upholstery cleaning is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture (sofas, chairs, etc.).
• Perform spot treatment, stain removal, and deodorization.
• Operate cleaning equipment (extractors, air movers, specialty tools).
• Inspect materials and determine proper cleaning methods.
• Pick up and deliver rugs when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and vehicle.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction.

We are seeking a Rug & Upholstery Cleaning Technician to perform professional cleaning services on rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, ensure quality work on job sites, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes in a fast‑paced environment.
