Job summary

Droisys Inc in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced SDET Engineer with strong Ruby expertise to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and ensure the quality of software applications.

You will design and develop automation frameworks using Ruby, build and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests, and develop reusable test scripts to improve coverage. The role includes integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with RSpec, Cucumber, Capybara, Selenium or similar tools.
• Strong API testing experience using REST/HTTP.
• Experience with SQL/database testing.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks using Ruby.
• Build and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests.
• Develop reusable test scripts and improve test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall QA strategy.
