• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Large systems software design and development experience
• Experience with Azure (knowing how the application can be deployed) and deployment and entire lifecycle of application deployment
• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems
• Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ramping up (1-2 Springs). Looking to see if they can identify with little to no help (team will still help if needed) to identify gaps and issues
