Job summary

WebSenor Ltd is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications for enterprise clients. You will own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role, collaborating with PMs, designers, QA and client stakeholders.

You will mentor peers, contribute to reusable engineering practices, and help modernize the tech stack by adopting new tools and patterns.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of software development experience from requirements to production.
• Ruby programming knowledge is required.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven platforms.
• Familiar with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Degree in CS or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
