We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to build transformative applications from vision to production-ready system. This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify, and implement system improvements.
On our team, you’ll help customers overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, including microservices, domain driven design, or n-tier. You’ll build and sustain vital applications using Ruby technologies and Agile lifecycle development. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment, including future functionality and enhancements. You Have:
3+ years of experience with Ruby
1+ years of experience with Cloud services, including AWS
Experience with building back-end APIs
Experience with Git and CI / CD
Experience with Agile
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Nice If You Have:
Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman
Experience with ArgoCD and Datadog
Experience supporting troubleshooting and production operations
Experience with API integration
Experience supporting the federal government, VA, or healthcare IT
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
