Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in rubber or chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to write clear procedures and effectively train others.
• Strong understanding of rubber mixing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the compounding department and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct training and maintain a skills matrix for team members.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with regulations.
