Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related laboratory, testing, mechanical, manufacturing, rubber, or polymer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh and handle raw materials using proper laboratory techniques.
• Mix, process, and prepare rubber compounds using Banbury mixers, mills, and cure presses.
• Prepare rubber specimens using hand tools and laboratory equipment.
• Perform physical and chemical testing using specialized laboratory instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment, software, and laboratory processes.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies.
