Qualifications

• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables and follow written or schedule instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use team lifting for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Weigh chemicals and raw materials for use in manufacture of finished goods.
• Prepare compound for molding or extruding operations; blend materials on rubber mills.
• Prepare molding preforms and manage related tasks with the clicker machine or scissors.
• Support monthly cycle counts and year-end inventories; enter data into ERP; check compound for defects.
