Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, polymer science or related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is a plus; basic statistics knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve product and raw material issues and support NPD for material development.
  • Utilize instruments like FTIR, DMA, DSC, SEM EDAX, RPA, rheometer, Mooney, and more for analyses.
  • Develop analytical test methods and ensure accurate data interpretation across lab to finished product.
  • Lead projects through planning, testing, qualification, and cost productivity initiatives.
  • Prepare concise technical reports and present findings to cross-functional groups.
