Job summary

Exol seeks a Warehouse Lead to direct daily warehouse activities in the RTP (Rack-to-person) area. You will provide hands-on leadership to associates, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material movement for repair, service, and customer orders.

The role focuses on overseeing picking, replenishment, inventory integrity, shipping/receiving, and using Excel-based reporting to drive KPIs. This in-warehouse position requires adaptability to shifts and on-site work.

Qualifications

• (Must have) High school diploma or equivalent.
• (Must have) 2+ years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or shipping/receiving.
• (Nice to have) Prior leadership/supervisory experience.
• (Nice to have) Experience in automated RTP environment.
• (Nice to have) Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• (Must have) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• (Must have) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities.
• Oversee RTP material movement, picking, replenishment, staging, and inventory accuracy.
• Support shipping, receiving, RMA processing, and customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and stage materials.
• Prepare materials for shipment and verify serial numbers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse system transactions.
• Use Excel and warehouse reporting tools to track KPIs and performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures including LOTO, fall protection, PPE, and automation safety requirements.

This role provides hands‑on leadership to warehouse associates while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material movement to support repair, service, and customer requirements.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities.

• Load and unload bots, pallets, containers, and equipment.
• Prepare bots and materials for shipment, including serial number verification and wrapping.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse system transactions.
• Use Excel and warehouse reporting tools to track KPIs and performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements that increase safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, including LOTO, fall protection, PPE, and automation safety requirements.

What we need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Experience in an automated warehouse or RTP environment preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic to strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Our Environment

• Travel could be up to 10% of the time.
• Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi‑weekly basis.
• This is an in‑warehouse role; you’ll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc).
