The position requires 2+ years in utility settlements, a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of related experience), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
4+ years of related industry experience in settlements, accounting, and/or commercial operations.
Minimum of two years related experience in utility industry.
Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley controls and participate in testing those controls.

Responsibilities

Enter transaction and billing determinant data into systems.
Reconcile data between systems under guidance.
Prepare, administer and analyze invoice and allocation results against commitments.
Document desktop procedures and operate settlement systems per procedures.
Develop and enhance reporting tools of limited complexity.
Support regulatory filings with schedules and exhibits.
Understand wholesale contracts, regulatory agreements, and RTO settlements.
Assist management on special projects.
