Job summary

AAMI in Wisconsin is seeking an RTLS Administrator and technical advisor to lead the integration of medical equipment and related information systems, including EMR, PACS, MUSE, and the RTLS platform. The role requires advanced networking knowledge and expertise in Medical Device Integration, working with IT and Biomedical Engineering to ensure interoperability and reliable system performance.

You will champion RTLS adoption and maintain complete inspection records.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and integration of medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of networking and device interoperability.
• Ability to document inspections and service records.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain RTLS system components (physical and digital).
• Guide clinical teams on system capabilities and workflows and address adoption barriers.
• Interact with staff to ensure needs are met and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with vendor reps for technical product information and records.
