Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years industry or research experience in hardware or related fields.
• Experience with low-power fundamentals, data analytics, profiling.
• Experience in flow automation (Python, C, C++, Gemini).
• Expertise with vendor tools such as PTPX, Ansys Power Artist, and Synopsys Prime Power RTL.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive activities related to CPU architecture and system energy modeling.
• Develop power analysis techniques and optimization engines to improve battery life.
• Collaborate with SoC and CPU Power Team on power analysis projections and requirements.
• Perform workload analysis and define tests for power analysis and optimization.
• Conduct data mining at RTL and gate level to define micro-architectural transactions for power estimation.
