Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Associate for a first-shift role in Wisconsin. You will process, package, and prepare RTE products in a cool environment, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance and precise handling of materials.

Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and moving pallets, with daily reporting to the assigned line. Strong safety awareness and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Stand, walk, reach and bend for most of the shift.
• Lift up to 10-25 lb occasionally and 50-100 lb rarely.
• Work in 35-40 degrees environments and tolerate smells.

Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned line at the start of the shift ready to work.
• Removes Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products from cooler or warehouse.
• Cuts RTE product with slicing machines and other tools as listed.
• Places RTE product into unit packaging and applies labels.
• Moves finished pallets with pallet jack into the warehouse.
