Wellpath is seeking a licensed Psychologist to serve as the Program Director overseeing the operations of the Restoration to Competency (RTC) program. This role involves managing a small team, conducting psychological assessments, and ensuring compliance with policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or PsyD with relevant licensure, and at least one year of experience. Candidates should have previous correctional/detention facility experience and the ability to maintain security clearance.

The Psychologist/Program Director is a licensed Psychologist tasked with overseeing the operations of the Restoration to Competency (RTC) program and serving as the primary evaluator for competency restoration of approximately 5 patients. They will provide supervision to a small team, act as the main liaison for RTC stakeholders (Sheriff's Office, courts, etc.), monitor program outcomes and compliance with policies and procedures, and conduct all competency assessments under the guidance of the Health Services Administrator or Program Manager.
