Job summary

Acuren is seeking RT Level II Technicians for EMBEDDED roles (2nd and 3rd shift) in Milwaukee, WI. This will be a lab setting with shift premiums, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating nondestructive testing equipment, performing NDT methods, interpreting results, reporting findings, and possibly mentoring others while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Certified Level II RT.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform NDT tasks and interpret inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT/digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
