We are excited to welcome a Material Handler to our Mexia, TX team! Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste!

1st Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6a-2:30p, with occasional overtime

Salary Range: $17-$19/hr and up, based on experience

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Safety & Team Coordination:
    • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
    • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
    • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
  • Stacking and palletizing
  • Training & Cross-Training:
    • Participate in regular training sessions
    • Crosstrain others to enhance team capabilities
  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
  • Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
  • Must be able to safely drive a forklift
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
