Position Summary

MAG currently has an opening for a Project Controller to support the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office (PO) and PEO AVN Enterprise. This role involves supporting a family of Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (SUAS), Future Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (FTUAS), Gray Eagle, One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT), Launched Effects (LE), and Uncrewed Vehicle Control (UVC). The UAS PO manages initiatives from new technological insertions to legacy UAS and UAS sub-systems, providing engineering and technical services with operational support located in Huntsville, Alabama, Redstone Arsenal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The Project Controller is responsible for formulating opinions, making decisions, and ensuring the performance of tasks as specified in the statement of work contained in the task order.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to perform detailed and complex calculations, with knowledge of practices and principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, specifications, and perform system integration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management or senior-level DoD experience or defense industry civilian professional working with senior DoD personnel.
• Proven record of increasing management responsibilities with a strong technical foundation in enterprise-level technology management, including at least 2 years managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
• At least 12 years of experience leading large analysis efforts in defense acquisition and sustainment programs. A bachelor's degree or higher in acquisition, logistics, business, management, engineering, science, or related field is required.
