Gulfstream Aerospace in Dallas seeks an Avionics Installer III to lead and support technicians in wiring and avionics installations on large cabin aircraft. This role focuses on fabricating, terminating, and testing avionics/electrical systems per blueprints and drawings.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, aviation electronics schooling or experience, blueprints interpretation, and the ability to read schematics. Travel up to 25% and first-shift work are expected.
Must be profiecent in all wire type terminations. Smart Team/catia experience perferred. Large Cabin Avionics Install back ground also perferred
High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and one (1) year related work experience; or three (3) years' experience in an avionics/electronic career field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Leads, supports, and assists the efforts of technicians performing avionics installations. Fabricates wire harnesses, installs, terminates, ring-out, and assists in functional test of avionics/electrical systems.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
