Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves assessing and treating patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction, ensuring high-quality patient care. Candidates must hold a B.S. degree in respiratory care, be a Registered Respiratory Therapist, and possess Arkansas state licensing.

This position requires certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. The successful applicant will also lead and mentor respiratory therapy staff, impacting patient outcomes positively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program (prefer B.S. degree).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Life Support Provider (ACLS).
• PALS & NRP required.

To integrate is/her expertise as a consultant, researcher, educator, clinician, coach and role model with the intent of improving the quality of patient care, affecting outcomes, promoting the development of professional standards of practice in accordance with the pulmonary standard: and to lead, coach, manage, and monitor respiratory therapist on staff.
