Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform patient assessments, administer testing, and educate patients on prescribed therapies related to pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders.

The role involves accurate documentation, calibration of equipment, and serving as a clinical resource for staff. A strong emphasis is placed on timely completion of procedures and comprehensive respiratory care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Experience in respiratory care and orientation validated.
• RRT licensure and BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

• Previous Working Experience in Respiratory care, or successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
