Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our patient‑centered team. You will perform patient assessments, carry out respiratory care procedures, and participate in critical care activities in adult care areas to support high-quality hospital care.

Responsibilities include blood gas analysis, equipment maintenance, and patient education, with licensure requirements to be met upon hire in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• No prior experience required.
• RRT certification and state licensure required at hire with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and respiratory care procedures, including protocols and critical care in adult care areas.
• Conducting blood gas analysis and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
• Providing patient education and collaborating with care teams to improve outcomes.
