Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) in St. Louis, MO for direct patient care per physician orders. You may consult on therapy effectiveness and serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.

Flexible day/night shifts with 4, 8, or 12 hour options; no weekend or holiday requirements, and competitive incentives. Base rates: $35/hr for RRT and $30/hr for CRT, with variable shift incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Certifications: NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• PALS certification for ER work is required.

Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.

Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required. Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.

Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
