Job summary

Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU coverage. You will provide critical care respiratory services to adults and neonates, including newborn care in Labor and Delivery, with use of specialized vents and devices.

This role offers opportunities to cross-train and participate in ongoing pulmonary education. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and have NICU experience or completed orientation with competencies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• Previous Neonatal respiratory care experience or completed orientation with competencies.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and general/critical care respiratory procedures.
• Provides respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery.
• Manages equipment and educates patients and families in both adult and neonatal areas.
