Frey Consulting Group seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for its cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, MT. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with respiratory disorders under supervision, delivering ventilatory support and diagnostic testing.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher, Montana license or eligibility, NBRC RRT, and BLS/ACLS/PALS. Competitive base pay, relocation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary care processes and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including ventilation management, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patients, monitor responses, adjust treatments with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across age groups.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Follow CQI initiatives and comply with hospital safety and regulatory standards.
