Job summary

Pulmonary Associates of Richmond is seeking an experienced, registered Sleep Technologist to join our sleep centers. The role emphasizes scoring studies, educating patients on CPAP, and managing CPAP data with a team-oriented environment.

Weekly pay is provided, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Candidates must hold RPSGT certification and Virginia licensure, and have at least a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• RPSGT certification and Virginia licensure are required.
• Experience as a Sleep Technologist is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Score nighttime sleep studies and generate reports.
• Educate patients on CPAP therapy and perform mask fittings.
• Download CPAP data and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Coordinate with DME for initial setups and Rx paperwork.
• Document patient activity in the EMR and respond to messages promptly.
• Coordinate home sleep studies and upload results for physician review.
• Fax sleep study results to referring physicians and troubleshooting sleep software.
