Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care in a senior's environment. You will administer medications, document plans, and collaborate with physicians, DOC/DHW, and the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires current RPN registration, strong communication, and excellent care coordination in a Canadian long-term care setting. Applicants must be prepared to work within Extendicare policies and infection control

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in applicable Province/State.
• Experience in a senior's environment is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking and care coordination.
