Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) is hiring for the role of RPI Lead in Orlando, Florida. The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers, takes reservations, offers extended stays and informs customers of special offers for our portfolio of RV Campgrounds and Resorts.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and at least 1+ year of call center experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
