Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a hands-on Hand Sorter to join our Grove City, OH warehouse team. You will hand-sort RPCs according to manufacturer and quality standards, reclaim customer-owned products, and support production goals while prioritizing safety and quality.

Training is provided for forklift operation and safety protocols. This role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with competitive pay of $17/hour and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) based on manufacturer and quality standards.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring:

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
