Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Hand Sorter in Grove City, OH to support warehouse operations. You will hand-sort RPCs, reclaim customer-owned products, and help achieve production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks is helpful, forklift experience is a plus and training is provided. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace ("Clean as You Go").
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
