Tosca Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Associate to inspect Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), remove waste, and ensure only Tosca RPCs move on the line. You will load, unload, and stack RPCs and help maintain a clean, safe work environment following food safety policies.

You'll operate equipment per safety protocols, monitor throughput, assist with minor machine adjustments, and support the maintenance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions pertaining to machine operation and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) for quality and remove waste, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs.
• Load, unload, and stack RPCs from the production line for processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following Tosca's safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, Chemical Handling, etc.).
• Monitor RPC processing, adjust input/output to maximize throughput.
• Monitor supplies used for processing.
• Assist Maintenance Coordinator or Technician on minor machine adjustments or fixes.
• Perform other related duties within the service center.
