Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath to join our team in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

You will develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and related frameworks, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable automation across SAP and non-SAP systems. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent; 3 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.
• Hands-on exposure to UiPath, SAP, APIs, cloud, and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Assist with integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into automation solutions with stakeholders.
• Follow established automation development standards, components, and governance.
• Support the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio) and automation schedules.
• Monitor bot performance, automation execution, and platform health.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and production issues; escalate when needed.
• Participate in releases across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps as part of development and deployment.
• Participate in code and solution reviews and testing.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and deployment instructions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, developers, and architects.
• Develop unit and functional tests; ensure quality and performance.
• Learn and apply emerging tech like Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Build, AI, and Generative AI.
• Engage in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement.
• Keep technical skills current and propose improvements.
