Sapsf is seeking an RPA Technical Lead to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and define automation scope, partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires 2–4 years in RPA, a CS/IT degree, and proven expertise in both Blue Prism and UiPath. You will join an offshore team aligned to India hours, with occasional night shifts during onboarding and long-term 24x5 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in RPA development.
• Certified or proven expertise in both Blue Prism and UiPath.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with process documentation and analysis.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
