Job summary

Leidos seeks mission-ready veterans for Ground Control Station (GCS) Technician roles in a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Facility. You will maintain GCS, install IT systems, and collaborate with diverse teams to support high-tempo missions.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in avionics or ground station maintenance and a TS/SCI clearance. The role operates on a 24/7/365 schedule with comprehensive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in aircraft avionics, SATCOM, or ground station maintenance.
Familiarity with C5ISR concepts, strong problem-solving and diagnostics ability, and a team-first mentality.
Comfortable reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and working with electronics.
Able to lift heavy gear and thrive in hands-on environments.
Top Secret SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RPA Ground Control Stations with precision and reliability.
Install and configure critical IT systems, communications tools, and mission hardware/software.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt systems to evolving mission demands.
Execute maintenance duties per Air Force TOs and document in IMDS and debrief crews.
