Job summary

Amivero, The Amivero Team of IT professionals, delivers digital services that elevate federal government performance. As an RPA Developer you will join a mission-focused team to support enterprise automation efforts, build MVPs, and coach analysts using RPA technologies to streamline business processes.

You will design and implement automation models, provide UiPath deployment support, and work within agile practices to deliver reliable, measurable improvements for national security and public

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in RPA/automation development
  • Experience with RPA tools and client-facing deployments
  • Understanding of Scrum and agile best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement automation models.
  • Provide technical support of RPA automation development and implementation in UiPath.
  • Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed.
  • Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
  • Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
  • Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Acts as team leader on projects.
  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
  • Working as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with agile best practices.
  • Participate in a cadence of Scrum ceremonies.

As an RPA Developer you will work as part of a team to support the enterprise-wide automation team, deployed to mission areas to provide rapid assessment and solutioning services, build MVPs, and coach embedded analysts using RPA technologies to streamline their business area.

What Your Day Might Include…

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance
  • Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices
  • Willingness to learnnew programsand skills
  • Programming skills in R,Matlab, Java, Python,C, C++, C#, VB, or .NET
  • Ability toidentify processes that are ideal for automation and creative problem-solving ability
  • RPA tool (ex:UIPath,PowerAutomate) developer experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides to support RPA clients
  • Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
