Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services seeks an RPA Developer (US Citizen/Clearance Req) in Falls Church, VA, for full lifecycle automation in DoD financial management. Lead bot design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support, using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering RPA solutions across full project lifecycle (design, develop, deploy, go-live, post-go-live).
• Strong knowledge of process analysis and automation design.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and IT security basics.
• Experience with DoD financial systems and regulations (e.g., RMF/NIST).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using leading platforms.
• Create and maintain process docs, technical specs, and SOPs.
• Develop Python scripts to extend RPA functionality and API integration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bots; implement error handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation scope and requirements.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing technical support.
