Job summary

Potawatomi-Federal-Solutions is seeking a Financial Management Analyst- RPA Developer in Falls Church, VA to lead full lifecycle RPA projects within DoD financial management. You will analyze processes, develop automation solutions using UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism, and provide ongoing support while ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.

The role requires DoD experience, knowledge of FMR/DFAS systems, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or other related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong understanding of process analysis and automation design principles.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Familiarity with IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF).
Understanding of APIs, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), and data integration.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Implement full scale RPA development including lifecycle, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using leading platforms.
Create and maintain process documentation and technical specs.
Implement error handling and robust exception management.
Monitor and troubleshoot RPA bots and perform maintenance.
Develop custom automation scripts in Python and interface with APIs/databases.
Integrate RPA with existing systems (ERP, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
