EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Process Automation
- Deep working knowledge of Appian, ServiceNow, and UiPath automation platforms
- Experience in Process Mining, Data Mining, and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Experience in integrating automation tools with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP) and Mulesoft
- Desire to work with diverse groups to identify opportunities for automation and new technologies
- Strong design thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box to create value for customers
- Fluent English and exceptional communication skills to articulate solutions to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in manufacturing accounting/finance processes
- Hands-on experience leading Business Process Automation, RPA, and workflow management (WFM) applications
- Experience driving user adoption of workflow management and robotic automation

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced RPA Developer located in Atlanta, GA.
This role involves collaborating to evangelize, automate, support, and implement Business Process Automation across TKE North America. The employee will use entrepreneurial spirit, process knowledge, technology awareness, and leadership skills to grow the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) around iBPMS and RPA technologies. Working with IT professionals and process automation specialists, the employee will digitize and automate back-office processes for the SSC. This highly visible position requires developing strong relationships with company leadership, technical staff, and consultants.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the NA Business Process Automation opportunity pipeline/demand and its curation
- Partner with internal business customers, quality teams, and IT systems to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
- Lead and facilitate "design thinking" sessions with business partners to identify automation opportunities
- Demonstrate CoE capabilities to business partners
- Evaluate emerging automation platforms and technologies proactively
- Create high-level automation designs for development teams
- Understand technical architectures, data modeling, data & software integration techniques, and change management
- Apply Lean Six Sigma quality techniques
- Manage and maintain CoE automation design standards
- Oversee automation design resources and partners
- Ensure solutions meet standards, requirements, and performance goals
- Measure and report KPIs and progress against targets
- Identify the best technologies and platforms aligned with CoE goals and strategy
- Communicate CoE technology strategy to stakeholders
