Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace invites a Spring 2027 Collegiate Associate Intern in Savannah, GA to apply classroom learning to real-world challenges. You will work with the Reliability & Performance Analytics team on data-driven initiatives that enhance customer support and product decision-making.

The role blends data analytics, project management, and process improvement, with mentorship across Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, Python, and Excel. On-site in Savannah is required; GPA 3.0 is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Business Analytics, MIS, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during Spring 2027 semester, beginning January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with ongoing projects and business initiatives.
• Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard activities.
• Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, presentations, and action item tracking.
• Assist with SharePoint site organization, development, and content updates.
• Support product and program activities through research, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
• Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Help gather and organize business requirements and user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while developing an understanding of business and technical processes.
