We have a contract to hire for a Sr Robotics Process Automation Business and Systems Analyst with 7+ years of experience, including 3 years focused on RPA analysis and 2 years in ITIL 4 Change Enablement. This position is 100% remote.

Must Have Requirements:

1. 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
2. 3+ years with Robotic Process Automation analysis
3. 3+ years experience with RPA projects/solutions
4. 2+ years experience with ITIL 4 Change Enablement
5. Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice to Have:

1. Healthcare industry experience
2. Experience with UiPath (RPA tool)
3. Experience with Program Management / Development

Disqualifiers:

Performance indicators include the successful execution of the department's RPA roadmap, with goals, objectives, and timelines set for 2025. Performance will be assessed based on how well these are met.

About this Role:

The role involves joining the Corporate Data and Analytics (DnA) department's new RPA team as a senior RPA Business and Systems Analyst. The team currently includes a project manager and a senior RPA developer, working with IT and business stakeholders to implement RPA solutions aligned with the strategic roadmap.

This is a strategic program development opportunity, offering experience in program setup within regulatory standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm EST, with OT as required
• Facilitate requirements gathering
• Assist with QA
• Document all project artifacts
• Interact with key stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills
• Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy
• Prioritize and complete tasks on schedule

Job Profile Summary:

Position Purpose:

Provide in-depth business knowledge and technical support through analysis, reporting, and process design. Act as a subject matter expert on business systems/applications, analyze company functions, and improve business applications. Design and implement systems, document requirements, and collaborate with end users to test and debug applications.

Education / Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, system analysis meetings, system design, project planning, and cross-departmental coordination
• Preferred: Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (may substitute for some experience)

Candidate Experience:

• Preferred: 1+ year experience in Healthcare
• Required: 4+ years experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle
• 3+ years related business analysis experience
• 1+ year experience in ASP / ASP.NET (preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:

A license in one of the specified areas is required.
