Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking an IS Business Analyst (Digital Workforce Solutions) in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on RPA, BOT, and workflow automation across global operations, acting as a SME for automation initiatives and aligning with business value.

You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure practical, scalable automation solutions, while maintaining strong communication and project governance across IS and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting business analysis, process improvements, automation, workflow, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience with RPA, BOT solutions, enterprise applications, data analysis, testing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document automation requirements.
• Collaborate with RPA developers, API teams, QA, Security, and Business Teams to validate requirements against system functionality.
• Lead discovery sessions, create process maps, PDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation artifacts for automation.
• Support deployment of automation solutions and monitor deployed BOTs and workflow automation for optimization across the business.
