Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an RPA Architect to design enterprise-scale RPA strategy and architecture. You will provide the technical vision and leadership to establish Centers of Excellence and ensure robust bot governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include defining enterprise-wide RPA frameworks, leading CoEs, and overseeing end-to-end automation deployments using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or RPA development.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectures.
• Proficiency in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Hands-on experience establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) and bot governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritization, and automation roadmap development.
