Job Description:

The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.

The Royal is a concept with a modern approach to a traditional favorite. You can enjoy the legacy of this centuries-old diner, now elevated with scratch-made home cooking and warm, friendly service—plus a fresh new look.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
• Restocks service stations, polishes, and restocks flatware and plateware.
• Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently, using their proper name upon delivery.
• Assists with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
• Assists in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
