Job summary

ReSource Waste Services LLC in Roxbury, MA is seeking a Processing Facility Manager to direct a C&D processing facility (MRF), oversee maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and coordination with suppliers and regulatory bodies.

You will develop budgets, schedule personnel across three shifts, monitor performance, and drive improvements to maximize profitability while meeting company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in waste management/recycling facilities.
• 5–7 years in a management role, preferably in recycling/processing facility.
• Experience with state and federal agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work 24/7 including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong leadership and cost-conscious operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee C&D processing facility operations, maintenance, and admin activities.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor costs within approved budget.
• Schedule personnel and coordinate across three shifts to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain facility records and reports; monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Procure equipment and services; approve purchase orders within limits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs across the facility.
